The agreement between you and PayNow

By using PayNow services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before submitting any transfer order.

1. Services Provided

PayNow provides transfer services between Yemeni Rial / Saudi Riyal and USDT, plus funding of forex trading accounts and crypto wallets on supported platforms (Bybit, MEXC, TopFX, Headway, and others). All transfers are executed only on explicit customer request, at the rate quoted when the order was submitted.

2. Customer Responsibility

  • Verify that the wallet address or trading account number is correct before submitting
  • Send clear, legitimate payment proof
  • Do not use the service for any illegal activity
  • Provide truthful contact and identity details

3. Pricing & Fees

The exchange rate quoted at order submission is the rate applied to your transaction and is locked for 30 minutes. Our commission and any network fees (TRC20 etc.) are disclosed upfront. No hidden fees.

4. Processing Times

Most orders complete within one to four hours during business hours. Some orders may be delayed by factors outside our control (slow blockchain confirmation, banking outages, public holidays). We will keep you informed of any delay.

5. Irreversible Transfers

Crypto (USDT) transfers cannot be reversed once broadcast on the blockchain. You must double-check the wallet address before confirming. PayNow is not liable for losses caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Rejection & Cancellation

We reserve the right to reject any order that appears suspicious or violates these terms, with an explanation where possible. If cancelled before processing, the full amount is refunded within a few business days.

7. Force Majeure

PayNow is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, banking or crypto-platform downtime, or governmental decisions.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date of publication; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the change. Continued use after the update means you accept the new terms.
